Liability Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

Axe throwing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, serious injury, or death. By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with the activity.

2. Release of Liability

You agree to release, waive, and discharge Tampa Bay Axe Company LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in axe throwing activities or your presence at the venue.

3. Requirements

All participants must be at least 13 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Closed-toe shoes are strictly required for all participants and spectators entering the throwing area. All guests must sign the official digital waiver at the venue prior to participating.
