Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. This allows us to offer the throwing pit to other guests.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time, you may forfeit your reserved time slot and be placed on a waitlist for the next available pit. We will make every good faith effort to accommodate late arrivals.

3. No-Shows

If a deposit was required for a special event or large group reservation and your party is a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
